INCOME TAX PREPARATION FEES:

Starting at $120 for “short form” including both Federal and California returns and including free electronic filing.

Additional Forms are charged on a per form basis.

 

Homeowner Association income tax returns for small HOA’s are $295 which includes Federal 1120H and California corporate forms 100 and 199. 

To file an application for California Exempt Organization Entity Status Form 3500 the fee would is $350.

 

 

PAYROLL TAX RETURN PREPARATION FEES:

 

Quarterly Returns:  $80 per quarter ( 941, DE6, DE88, 940 deposit ) plus $5 per employee per quarter.

End of Year Employee Returns:  $50 per year ( W2, DE7, W3, 940 ) plus $10 per employee.

End of Year Independent Contractor Returns:  $50 per year (1099’s and 1096) plus $15 per contractor.

 

 

PAYROLL PREPARATION FEES:

 

For Weekly, Semi-Monthly or Bi-Weekly individual employee payroll preparation:  $25 for the first paycheck plus $15 per employee per payroll period.
